A “workplace behavior” investigation has led to the departure of four more “top-level executives” at Nike, raising the number of senior managers who have left to 10, according to The New York Times. The investigation comes amid allegations that female employees at the company were subjected to “widespread... harassment and discrimination.” The four executives who have recently left the company or will leave soon are Steve Lesnard, the head of running in North America; Simon Pestridge, head of marketing for the performance categories; Tommy Kain, director of sports marketing; and Helen Kim, vice president and general manager for New York and the East. While some are applauding the departures, other employees are concerned about whether Nike has the leadership to “execute its aggressive business strategy.” This comes after a group of women presented an informal survey on sexual harassment and discrimination to CEO Mark Parker in March, with action being taken 10 days later.
