Former President George H.W. Bush was taken to Houston’s Methodist Hospital by ambulance on Tuesday evening after experiencing shortness of breath. The Bush patriarch, who is 90 and wheelchair-bound, will be held for observation “as a precaution,” according to a statement from his office.
