Thursday may have been a bad day for Gaddafi loyalists, but for Chavez supporters it was all good: The Venezuelan president announced that he no longer has cancer. On state TV, Hugo Chavez said that after five months, he doesn’t have any abnormal cellular activity. The details of Chavez’s triumph over the disease, however, are still murky. The government never divulged what type of cancer he had, only saying that he had four rounds of chemotherapy.
