The death toll continues to rise following dual explosions in Hyderabad, India, on Thursday. Now at least 16 people have died in two different private hospitals. Families of 14 of the victims have already been reunited with the bodies. The entire country of India has been ordered on general alert for the last two to three days while an investigation into what caused the blasts continues. Many in India believe bombing attacks were to blame, motivated by the hanging of Mohammad Afzal Guru for his involvement in the 2001 attack on Indian Parliament.
