The prosecutor for the International Criminal Court says that possible crimes committed by Israeli forces when they stormed an aid flotilla boat heading to Gaza in 2010 were not grave enough to merit a prosecution. In the event, eight Turks and one Turkish American were killed and several pro-Palestinian activists were wounded. The ship was flying under a Comoros flag, which led the African country to file a complaint last year in the ICC.
