Jennifer Lopez’s ex-boyfriend, dancer Casper Smart, was busted for having an alleged cannabis growing operation in his Los Angeles home, according to TMZ. Citing law enforcement sources, the outlet reports that police searched Smart’s home on the morning of Dec. 23 after receiving a tip and found a small-to-medium-size grow operation. Smart was not taken into custody, however, and was instead cited and released at the scene. The case will reportedly be sent to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office to determine whether or not Smart will be charged. 18 years his senior, Lopez began dating Casper in 2011 after her divorce from singer Marc Anthony. The former couple had an on-again-off-again relationship for five years before officially calling it quits in 2016. During their relationship, Lopez disclosed that Smart helped her heal from her divorce with Anthony, telling People magazine, “I just got out of a big, heavy, devastating thing, and he’s helped me heal.” “He’s been there for me,” she added.
