A Russian woman who made headlines for reportedly sneaking onto a Paris-bound Delta flight from New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport is at it again, this time allegedly being busted trying to sneak into Canada.

Svetlana Dali, 57, apparently hid in a bathroom at the back of the aircraft during take-off and then rotated between that and other bathrooms during the flight from JFK Airport last month. She was hauled off the flight and returned to the U.S.

Now, she has reportedly been arrested again—this time for a mad dash towards Canada. WGRZ reports that Dali was arrested in Buffalo, upstate New York. She was stopped in her tracks while on a Greyhound bus trying to cross into Canada.

Cops asked to see her passport, but she said she didn’t have one, reports stated. They realized she was wanted on an open warrant when they brought her to the station.

CNN cited law enforcement sources who said that Dali cut off her ankle monitor Sunday, before her roommate in Philadelphia informed authorities.

An arrest warrant was issued after she allegedly jumped bail Monday, WGRZ added. She could face up to five years in federal prison for the attempted getaway, CNN reported.

Dali will appear in court before a federal magistrate Tuesday. Her attorney, Michael Schneider, did not immediately respond to request for comment.

The judge in her stowaway case previously raised concerns about releasing Dali after the previous incident, but Schneider successfully argued for her release.

“We do not believe she is a serious risk of flight. It’s not as if she can sneak on a flight every day,” he said during a court hearing.

Dali, a U.S. permanent resident and Russian national, was told after the previous incident that she cannot go to airports, must submit to GPS monitoring, surrender any travel documents and cannot leave the area where she is staying or facing charges.

The judge, Joseph Marutollo, also ruled that Dali must abide by a curfew and be evaluated and submit to any recommended mental health treatment.
