A federal judge in Boston on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit that alleged Harvard Law Review discriminates against white people and men in its selection of student editors and articles, according to the Associated Press. The judge said the suit didn’t successfully identify anyone who had been harmed by Harvard’s actions. The lawsuit was filed in 2018 by an anti-affirmative action group in Texas.
