More than 1,000 people stood up and walked out of the ceremony, chanting “Let them walk” in support of their 13 peers barred from graduation over their pro-Palestine protests.

It does not appear they’ll get the big Hollywood denouement that their Columbia counterparts achieved.

The Daily Beast went behind the scenes of Harvard’s genteel protest and found a peaceful, well-stocked encampment.

Many of the demonstrations were meant to urge schools to divest from military contractors supplying Israel with weapons.

The fall comes even as other elite schools posted record application numbers.
