The “Saturday Night Live” alum acknowledged to his podcast guest that a sketch in which he played an Indian man trying to get her clothes off would never fly today.
Lorne Michaels and his more recent casts have pivoted to small-screen success, and “Saturday Night Live” hasn’t effectively launched a new comedy movie star in many years.
“Of course I’ve thought about it,” he told a reporter for “Entertainment Tonight” outside Monday night’s Emmy Awards.
And no one humiliates him more efficiently than his “Weekend Update” co-anchor Michael Che.
