Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are expecting their fourth child via a surrogate, People magazine reports. The new addition to the growing West clan will join siblings North, 5; Saint, 3; and Chicago, now 11 months. Chicago was also born via a surrogate. “Kim and Kanye were already talking about baby No. 4 when Chicago was just a couple of days old,” an insider source told People. “And they absolutely would use the surrogate again. They love her.”
