Rush Limbaugh said Friday that tests show there is nothing wrong with his heart after he was rushed to a Honolulu hospital following chest pains. "The pain was real, and they don't know what caused it," Limbaugh said. He added that he is not on painkillers, which he acknowledged an addiction to in 2003, before entering rehab. In the short press conference at the hospital, Limbaugh said he received the best possible care "right here in the United States of America." "I don't think there's one thing wrong with the United States health system," he said.
