But what if the surgery would allow them to just sit on the couch during one of the premier sporting events of the year—March Madness? That question is one that urologists nationwide have seized on, using the NCAA tournament as a marketing tool to convince dudes to get snipped now, The Wall Street Journal reports. Some doctors even offer hoops-themed swag to the patients.
