San Antonio has been flooded with ten inches of rain since midnight, Saturday, marking the second wettest day on record for the Texas city. One woman died and another person is still missing, but rescue workers have been able to save 130 people from their homes and cars. Though the storm has momentarily subsided, Mayor Julian Castro is still urging people to stay indoors and off the roads. "Just because it's not raining at the moment, does not mean that the threat has passed."
