Billboards with Melania Trump’s face and the phrase: “Just imagine how far you can go with a little bit of English” were found in Zagreb, Croatia. According to reports, they were removed Tuesday after her lawyer threatened a lawsuit. The signs were from a marketing campaign from American Institute, an English language school in the Croatian capital. Trump apparently did not find these advertisements entertaining. Her lawyer demanded the signs be removed at once. “We are very sorry that the billboards were misunderstood as something intended to mock the U.S. First Lady. It was meant to be something positive, to show her as a role model,” spokeswoman for American Institute Ivis Buric said.
