Mexico’s coronavirus death toll continues to rise, climbing by 688 overnight to 46,688. But the country is still one of the few in the world that is accepting Americans.
The death toll tied to the COVID-19 pandemic continues to rise in Mexico, which has now reached the third highest number of fatalities in the world after the U.S. and Brazil. Mexican health officials logged an additional 688 deaths on Friday, pushing the country’s total to 46,688. The U.S. has reported 153,320 deaths and Brazil has reported 92,475. Mexico is still open to travelers, including Americans.
