Microsoft to Sell Holographic Goggles

SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT

Move over, Google Glass.

Move over, Google Glass. Microsoft has deisgned its own holographic goggles. "Baraboo" googles are “bigger and more substantial than Google Glass,” according to Wired's review. The Baraboo googles can respond to voice commands and will potentially “transport” users to a variety of locations via holograms, including Mars. A NASA scientist collaborated on the project, and astronauts may even use the goggles for training. Although the goggles are constantly processing tons of data, they won't grow hot on your heads because of built-in vents, and they have a depth of vision of 120 degrees by 120 degrees. Microsoft aims to get their project to developers by the spring.
