Rima Fakih may have been the first Arab American to win the Miss USA pageant, but she’s certainly no stranger to the stage. In 2008, Miss Michigan USA won a pole-dancing contest hosted by a local Detroit morning radio show. Photos from the contest have been posted on the radio show’s website, and they feature Fakih working her stripper pole skills in a blue tank top, red shorts, and high heels. Another photo shows dollar bills popping out of her bra. Pageant officials had no comment on inquiries asking if Fakih’s Miss USA crown was in jeopardy.
