A crime caper has given new meaning to the phrase “house-hunting.” A Missouri woman who built herself a tiny home from scratch says thieves swiped it from its parking spot over the weekend. “I’m at a loss,” she posted on Instagram, asking the public to keep an eye out for it. Then the sightings started coming in. The tiny house was seen in a restaurant parking lot in Kingdom City, on I-70 and I-29, being hauled by a gray vehicle. Then on Monday night, it was spotted on I-40 being driven towards the West Coast, Panu said. She’s convinced the saga will have a happy ending. “We’re getting this house back one way or another,” she wrote.
