Dusko Markovic, the prime minister of Montenegro, shrugged off U.S. President Donald Trump’s attempt to shove him aside ahead of a group photo, saying it was “natural” for the American president to be in front. “It didn’t really register. I just saw the reactions about it on social networks. It is simply a harmless situation,” Markovic said. “It is natural that the president of the United States is in the front row.” Trump signed off on Montenegro’s entrance into the NATO alliance earlier this year.
