MTV reality star Diem Brown, of the network’s Real World and Road Rules Challenge, has died of cancer at age 32. Brown was pronounced dead at 10:22 a.m. on Friday in New York City. Brown revealed last month that the cancer in her stomach and colon had spread to her liver and lymph nodes. Her condition worsened this weekend and family and friends gathered at her bedside. Along with her TV work, Brown founded MedGift, a support registry for patients suffering from any illness.
