A small plane crashed on an Arizona golf course Monday night, killing six people, local authorities have said. Emergency crews responded to the crash at the TPC Scottsdale Champions Golf Course. Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Allen Kenitzer says the Piper PA-24 Comanche went down shortly before 9 p.m. Monday after taking off from a local airport. “At this point in the investigation we can confirm that the flight originated from the Scottsdale airport and crashed shortly after takeoff,” Arizona police said in a statement. “None of the six passengers aboard the aircraft survived.”
