North Korea's threatened Friday to strike back if South Korea conducts a planned artillery drill, saying its retaliation would be stronger than the shelling last month that killed four people. The warning came as U.S. diplomat Bill Richardson's plane landed in Pyongyang, which he is visiting in an effort to "reduce the tension on the Korean peninsula." North Korea's latest warning came as U.S. Deputy Secretary of State James Steinberg finished three days of negotiations on the Korean situation which the U.S. embassy said had been "useful".
