The cover, headlined “The Wise Latina,” depicts her as a Buddha with a pair of slanted eyes that would make a WW-II anti-Japan propagandist proud. Given the brouhaha over The New Yorker’s Obama cover last summer, will the National Review find itself with trouble on its hands?
