NBA Talks Sink, Again

Well, at least there’s still football. NBA talks took another unproductive turn Thursday, as players and owners hit a wall in negotiations. This was the last meeting scheduled, signaling that the first few months of the season may now be in jeopardy. Commissioner David Stern, who cancelled the first two weeks of the season, reportedly had the flu and was not able to attend Thursday’s meetings.
