NBC has ousted another top executive following an investigation sparked by a Hollywood Reporter story on a toxic environment in the reality TV division. Meredith Ahr, the hit-making head of unscripted television, follows her former boss, ex-entertainment president Paul Telegdy, out the door. Sources told THR that a company probe—initiated after the outlet aired allegations of racism, misogyny, and homophobia—concluded Ahr and Telegdy violated network standards.
