Guns in bars. What could go wrong? Other places guns will be allowed? Locked cars on public-school property and playgrounds. It now awaits Republican Gov. Pat McCrory’s signature. The state legislature has been home to weekly protests called “Moral Mondays” where progressives have fought against what they see as the governing body’s extreme agenda that has included education cuts, institution of voter-ID laws, and restrictions to abortion.
