There’s one less thing to worry about when you go to the hospital: exposing your butt. Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit unveiled a new gown that will prevent that unseemly draft. The “model G” gown looks more like a robe with adjustable straps around the front. The new gown also has the added benefit of being a more comfortable cotton-poplin blend, so you don’t have to have crinkling paper pressed against your rear. So far, the gowns will only be in Michigan hospitals, but butt-coverage will hopefully be the way of the future in hospitals throughout the country.
