The Philippines has hardly begun to clean up after typhoon Haiyan, but it’s already bracing for another storm. Zoraida, a tropical depression with reportedly erratic movement, is expected to hit the island nation on Tuesday morning. Rescue workers are searching for survivors of Haiyan, which made landfall in the Philippines four days ago and killed an estimated 10,000 people.
