Sounds like the Old West is making a revival in Ohio. Governor John Kasich signed a law on Thursday that allows gun owners to bring concealed weapons into bars—and anywhere else alcohol is served. But the law prevents a person from drinking or doing drugs when they carry a gun into a bar. And that’s not all: The law allows licensed gun owners to carry a loaded gun in a car without securing it and they can also remove it from a secure location while driving. Individual businesses can still opt to ban guns from their venues—the Cincinnati Bengals football team has said that they will not allow guests to bring concealed weapons into their stadium.
