Part farmhouse, part loft, you'd never guess this home is in Atlanta. But the vintage, French-inspired décor, cozy upstairs reading nook, and bath designed to feel like a trough in a rustic barn are just a few of its Southern charms. See photos of the Georgia home that has us drooling.

Renovated 1930s beams line the living-room ceiling, while steel shelves add an industrial touch to the bookcase. Natural reading light streams into the upstairs reading nook through a skylight on the left. Just imagine what a good hide-and-seek spot that nook would make!

That kitchen table has humbler origins than you would guess: it’s from Martha Stewart! Its original tile top was replaced with Georgian marble to give it the appearance of having been salvaged from a French patisserie. This kitchen doesn’t go too overboard with the whole rustic theme though—there’s still a television in the corner so you can follow along with Paula Deen.
