Two Pennsylvania parents were charged with criminal homicide after police found their 6-month-old baby dead in a hidden cat litter container in March. Shaun Oxenreider and Samantha Trump were also charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, concealing the death of a child, and abuse of a corpse, the Berks County District Attorney said Wednesday. An autopsy revealed blunt force trauma to the baby’s head and rib fractures. Oxenreider and Trump remain in prison without bail.
