Bill Daley, the former chief of staff to President Barack Obama and political scion, will run for Chicago mayor in 2019, WLS-TV reports. Daley is expected to announce his candidacy Monday. He is the brother and son of previous Chicago Mayors Richard M. Daley and Richard J. Daley, respectively, and will be running after Rahm Emanuel announced he will not seek a third term. Before Daley got the chief of staff position at the White House in 2011, Emanuel had the position when Obama first entered office in 2008.
