The Trump administration is considering building tent cities that will house unaccompanied child migrants that are being detained. The Department of Health and Human Services’ shelters are 95 percent full and house more than 10,000 children. The department is looking to build a tent city that will hold between 1,000 and 5,000 children at the Fort Bliss Army base in Texas and will visit the base this week. It is also considering temporary shelters at the Dyess and Goodfellow Air Force Bases.
