A deadly blaze ripped through dozens of fuel tankers in Kabul, Afghanistan, on Sunday, killing at least seven people and injuring 14, according to the Interior Ministry. The blaze also destroyed a gas station and homes nearby. Investigators say they do not know if the blaze was set intentionally or accidentally, but it comes on the same day the U.S. and NATO officials began the final phase of withdrawal of troops after a two decade military presence in the country.
