Actor Christopher Walken, 87, revealed that he hasn’t exactly seen every episode of his hit show Severance because he simply doesn’t have the right “equipment.” Walken stars as Burt Goodman, or Burt G, the retired head of optics and design at the fictional Lumon Industries. Joining co-stars Patricia Arquette, Adam Scott, John Turturro and show director Ben Stiller on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM show to talk about the second season, which had its premiere Jan. 17, Walken explained how he manages to watch the show without the ability to stream it on Apple TV+. “I can’t,” said Walken about streaming. “I don’t have the equipment, so they’re good enough to send me DVDs.” Cohen replied, “They do? Okay. Do you have an Apple TV+ subscription?” To which Walken declared, “I don’t have anything.” Cohen added, “I love you for that!” About delivering the show’s second season, Stiller said the pressure was on. “We’re making the show, we know people have waited, but we really want to make sure it’s good,” he said. “But then that takes a little bit longer and then people want it to be better and that whole thing.”
