The 4-foot-8 gymnast finished with her signature Yerchanko double pike and wowed the judges, according to the New York Post. The crowd roared as she spun in the air and nailed her landed. Biles smiled after sticking her finish, with one commentator saying “even she knows” she nailed her performance. Biles landed a score of 15.3, with Brazil’s Rebeca Andrade taking home silver with a 14.9 score and U.S. gymnast Jade Carrey taking bronze with 14.4 score. The medal was Biles’ 10th Olympic medal since she began her career, making her the most decorated gymnast in history. Biles has seven career gold medals, one silver and two bronze. She previously won gold in the vault contest at the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics.
