All eyes on Slovakia. The only country yet to approve the European bailout just voted no, but the rescue package is expected to pass in a later vote. The plan failed to pass because a junior party in the ruling coalition abstained, but Slovakia’s main opposition party has said it may support the deal once the current coalition falls. All of the 16 other euro-zone members have already approved the plan.
