Police in the British city of Reading announced Sunday that they are now investigating a fatal stabbing that killed three people and injured three others as a terrorism incident. The rampage began around 7 pm local time in the Forbury Gardens in Reading, England, when a 25-year-old man thought to be from Libya started stabbing people. The man had previously spent time in prison for a non-violent and non-terrorism related conviction, according to the BBC.
