New Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh will be joining the faculty of George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School this summer, according to Politico. He will be a “distinguished visiting professor” and will be co-teaching a two-credit summer course in July and August in Enland called “Creation of the Constitution.” The course will cover the “the origins and creation of the U.S. Constitution just outside of London in Runnymede, England, the location of the sealing of the Magna Carta,” according to the Scalia Law School course description. Kavanaugh is not the only moonlighting justice. Neil Gorsuch will co-geach a summer class in Padua, Italy focused on the “historical roots and the modern application of the separation of powers in the national security context,” according to Politico.
