A Texas-based U.S. Army soldier is accused of fatally knifing a woman during a drugged up “rampage,” the El Paso Times reports. Army Spc. Torian A. Davis, 22, was arrested shortly after the attack that also left two others wounded early Saturday morning at an apartment complex. According to local police cited by the newspaper, Davis was allegedly doing drugs and drinking with a 25-year-old woman and 21-year-old man when he slashed the man’s throat “without any provocation” before stabbing the woman. Davis left the apartment and then “randomly pummeled” another man who is 23 years old, the paper said. The Army confirmed on Thursday that Davis and the two wounded men were soldiers at nearby Fort Bliss. Davis is being held on $1.1 million bond, according to the newspaper.
