Four men have been arrested after the Saturday acid attack on a 3-year-old in Worcester, England. The boy’s arm and face were injured in what police called a “deliberate attack” at a Home Bargains store. On Sunday, three men, ages 22, 25 and 26, were charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm, and later, a 39-year-old man was arrested in connection with the case. Authorities said they were still working to establish a motive.
