Topless Protester Charges Trump’s Motorcade in Paris

A topless Femen activist charged at President Trump’s motorcade in Paris on Sunday and managed to get within a few meters of his vehicle before police stopped her. The protester, who had “Fake Peacemaker” emblazoned across her chest, got past tight security and ran into the Champs-Elysees, forcing vehicles in Trump’s motorcade to drive around her as three police officers pulled her out of the road. Another topless protester also reportedly made it into the road but never reached the cars. Paris police said two people have been detained over the incident, which happened just before Trump arrived separately from other world leaders to take part in World War I commemorations at the Arc de Triomphe.
