‘Traveling Butts’ Americans Arrested Over Thai Temple Photo

The Americans who run a popular Instagram account called “Traveling Butts” have been arrested in Thailand after posting a photo of their exposed rear ends inside a famous Buddhist temple, local police said. The photo, taken at the Bangkok’s Wat Arun, caused outrage in the country after it spread on social media. Visitors to temples in Thailand are often expected to dress modestly, and some are told to follow strict dress codes. The men were arrested on public-indecency charges and were released to immigration authorities after each paying a $150 fine.
