Trump Congratulated Putin on Re-Election, Floated Possible Meeting: Kremlin

President Trump has called Russian President Vladimir Putin to congratulate him on his re-election victory, the Kremlin said in a Tuesday statement. According to the Associated Press, the Kremlin statement also claimed that Putin and Trump spoke at length about Ukraine, the Syria crisis, counterterrorism, and “a possible bilateral meeting.”
