Ukraine Foreign Minister Says World Must Stop Putin

Ukraine’s foreign minister called on the world to help it defeat a Russian invasion as Vladimir Putin ordered military action there. “Putin has just launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine,” Dmytro Kuleba tweeted as explosions were seen and heard in the early morning. “Peaceful Ukrainian cities are under strikes. This is a war of aggression. Ukraine will defend itself and will win. The world can and must stop Putin. The time to act is now.”
