The annual Consumer Electronics Show is always a time of excess in Las Vegas. But even for CES, this is over-the-top: some Vegas car services are charging more than $13,000—for a ride down the street.

Documents reviewed by The Daily Beast show that even for simple ride requests during CES, multiple car services are demanding that clients cover a four-day, 12 hour per day minimum, at $110 per hour or more.

“You will be billed for 4 days worth of service, totaling at 48 hours,” read an email from one service when asked about a trip from McCarran Airport to a hotel on the Vegas strip.

For a ride from from the convention center to a nearby restaurant, the price tag was even more outrageous. “Our rates for CES are $286/hr with a 4 day, 12 hour per day minimum,” read an email from a second service. That’s a total of $13,728.
