Approximately 25 people experienced minor injuries after a pier collapsed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison on Monday. Footage from the event shows a crowd of people standing on the wooden pier at the Memorial Union Terrace before it buckles into the water. Officials said between 60 and 80 people were on the pier when it collapsed, but that none were seriously hurt. A dive team searched the waters after the collapse and declared the area clear.
