Warren G. Harding Fathered Love Child

DNA testing has confirmed that President Warren G. Harding fathered a love child with Nan Britton, a woman who was denigrated as a “pervert” and “degenerate” for claiming so at the time. “It’s sort of Shakespearean and operatic,” said Harding’s grandnephew Dr. Peter Harding, who instigated the DNA testing. “This story hangs over the whole presidential history because it was an unsolved mystery.” Peter Harding tested his DNA against that of James Blaesing, Britton’s grandson, and found that they were second cousins. Therefore Blaesing’s mother, Elizabeth Ann, had to be Warren G. Harding’s daughter.
