Usually, neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night deters the United States Postal Service from delivering your packages, but a bunch of “wish you were here” postcards from the Sunshine State won’t be making it after a mail truck was trashed by a waterspout over the weekend. Moving across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge in Terra Ceia, Florida, the violent cone of water and wind whipped up debris and tore through a construction site before settling on the semi truck full of mail, tossing it around and tearing it open. The driver, Randall Leaver, miraculously escaped unscathed.
